Eurocentric Wine

July newsletter #2
Hello everyone,

I thought this was going to be a monthly newsletter but I wanted to share some great reviews and encourage you to place an order if you are interested in a rare opportunity to buy some German riesling that has been aged in the winery's cellars for almost 16 years!

I have a tentative reservation on this stock but after John Gilman's glowing reviews this week, when he told the world that this stock was still available, I thought I better lock in some numbers and assure the winery to reject approaches from other importers!

There's a discounted incentive to lock in orders now, apart from the fact that you will miss out if you don't!

Also in this edition, read about a bargain Bourgogne Blanc (chardonnay) from the great 2007 vintage under screwcap! If you live in fear of cork taint or premature oxidation, your prayers have been answered. And it's a lovely wine available in good quantities.

Plus, Jancis Robinson continues to sing the praises of New Zealand's rapid improvement in syrah and Bordeaux blends, again giving the thumbs up to our new brand Unison.

While our wish is that you support and order through your local retailer, www.eurocentricwine.com.au should go live in the next week (the programmer's swine fever permitting) to offer mixed dozens as sampler or gift packs, and also to offer for sale bin ends and any products that have not been ranged anywhere else.

The catalogue and price list should be available for download from the site too.

The public and trade are welcome to email any inquiries to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or phone me on 0405 232349.

Cheers,
Neville Yates
